# The Ultimate Guide to Planning the Perfect Philippines Guys Trip *By James Hills — Updated June 2024* Planning a trip with your buddies can be a lot of fun, but it can also be a little tricky. If you're looking to head to the Philippines for an epic guys trip this year, make sure you follow our guide! We'll tell you everything you need to know about planning the perfect Philippines trip, from deciding when to go to choosing the right destination. So what are you waiting for? Start planning now and have the time of your life! ## ## Why Plan A Guys Trip To Visit The Philippines? The Philippines is an amazing country with so much to offer tourists. From the stunning beaches to the vibrant city life, there's something for everyone in the Philippines. What better way to experience all that the Philippines has to offer than by planning a guys trip? What most people don't understand though is that the country actually is comprised of an archipelago that includes more than 7,100 islands across 300,000 square kilometers. Similar to how some people have the notion that they will "visit Hawaii" ... the Philippines too is a massive geographic area and so you'll need to do research ahead of time and plan accordingly. With that in mind, the tourism industry here is strong and there are some fantastic places for guys looking for adventure. So if you're looking for an affordable and fun vacation destination, the Philippines is definitely a place that should be at the top of your list! ### Explore America's Great Inland Sea On Great Lakes Cruises There's more to cruising than the west coast cruises we love so much. Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Aiport is the largest international airport in the country and serves as the hub for connecting flights to other islands. However, as you would expect from an island nation, connecting flights aren't the only way to reach your destination. Airport pickup and drop-off service in the Philippines by private tour boats are also quite common., as are private cars and vans. ## Man Gear Pick of the Month September's Pick Amazon (affiliate) ### Kenyon City Grill Portable Stainless Steel Electric Grill Why we picked it: a grill you can actually carry to the campsite, the tailgate or the cabin without borrowing a truck.
