Pineapple Vacay
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Zaya Rum
- ¾ ounce of lime juice
- ½ ounce of coconut simple syrup
- ½ ounce of pineapple juice
Method
Add all ingredients into shaker
Shake then strain into coupe glass
Garnish and Enjoy
Sip and Sail
Ingredients:
- 1 ⅕ oz. Zaya Rum
- 1 ⅕ oz. White Rum
- 2 oz. Lime Juice
- Muddled Blackberries and Raspberries
- 3 Dashes Allspice Dram
- 1 Egg White
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, add berries and muddle. Then add all other ingredients and dry shake vigorously with no ice. Add ice and shake well again. Double strain with both a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into a coupe, then dust with cinnamon and garnish with a raspberry and blackberry on a cocktail pick and a torched lime round.
Tropic Trade Winds
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ oz. Zaya Rum
- 1 ¼ oz. White Rum
- ½ - 1 oz. Apricot Liqueur
- 1 oz. Coconut Cream
- 2 oz. Lemon Juice
- Ice for Shaking
- Crushed Ice for Serving
- Dash of Nutmeg
- Cinnamon Stick Burned
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Zaya Ginger Tropic
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Zaya Rum
- ¾ ounce of lime juice
- 4 ounces of ginger beer
Method
Fill highball glass with ice
Add lime juice then ginger beer then rum
Eye of the Storm
Ingredients:
- 1 ⅕ oz. Zaya Rum
- 1 oz. Lemongrass Infused
- Bourbon
- 2 oz. Lime Juice
- Fill with Ginger Beer
- 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method:
In a copper mug, add ice, Rum, lemongrass bourbon (or bourbon w/ lemongrass bitters), lime juice, then fill with ginger beer. Top with Angostura bitters. Garnish with lime twist and tropical flower and serve.
Mojito
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Mint Leaves
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz. Lime Juice
- 1 ¼ oz. Zaya Rum
- Soda Water
- Ice
Method:
In a Collins glass, add mint leaves, lime juice, and a dash of soda water and gently muddle for several seconds. Then add simple syrup, rum, and ice and top with soda water. Give the drink a gentle stir and garnish with a sprig of mint and lime.
Lapu Lapu
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ oz. Zaya Rum
- 1 ¼ oz. White Rum
- ¾ oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
- ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 2 oz. Orange Juice
- Ice for Shaking
- Crushed Ice for Serving
Method:
Combine all ingredients except the rum in a cocktail shaker. Shake well with ice, and strain into your Tulip glass. Fill with crushed ice and add a float of rum on top. Garnish with lemon half-moons and an orange twist.
Mai Tai
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Zaya Rum
- ½ oz. White Rum
- 1/2 oz. 151 Rum
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Orange Curacao or Triple Sec
- ¾ oz. Orgeat
- 2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Splash of Pineapple Juice
- Ice for Shaking
- Crushed Ice for Serving
Method:
Combine all ingredients except the Rum in a cocktail shaker. Shake well with ice, and strain into your Tiki glass. Fill with crushed ice and add a float of rum on top. Garnish with a sprig of mint, lime and an umbrella.
