Imperial Sunset
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ron Barcelo Imperial
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- Passionfruit juice
- Dash ofgGranedine
Preparation :
- Garnish rim with tajin
- Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well, pour into glass
- Add a dash of grenadine (or cherry juice) for that red bottom look
Barcelo's Quarantini Rum Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 5 oz Ron Barceló Dark Series
- 1 oz Aloe Vera Juice
- ½ oz fresh cucumber water
- 4 slices muddled cucumber
Preparation:
- Muddle cucumbers
- Add all ingredients and shake well
- Garnish with a cucumber slices or peel
Pistachio's Nest
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ron Barceló Gran Añejo
- ½ oz Chartreuse
- ½ oz Pistachio syrup
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- 1 Egg white
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a champagne coupe
- To create foam, use 2 egg whites and decorate with edible flowers (optional)
Carambola's Tiki
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Barcelo Gran Añejo
- 1 oz Velvet Falernum
- 1 oz lime juice
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and stir or shake with ice.
Dragon's Temperature Rum Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ron Barceló Dark Series
- 1 oz Passion Fruit tea (hence the color)
- Half of a dragon fruit
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- ½ lime cut in wedges (Pro Tip: Cut off the white stem)
Preparation
- Muddle lime wedges without touching the skin
- Strain lime juice from wedges into a shaker with ice
- Scoop out dragon fruit pulp and add with rest of the ingredients
- Shake vigorously and serve
Guanajito Rum Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Barcelo Platinum
- 5 mint leaves
- Soursop pulp (guanabana)
- ½ diced lime
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Splash of soda
Preparation:
Muddle soursop pulp in mason jar, add mint and muddle again all together add crushed ice, simple syrup, soda and rum. Close lid and shake well.
Garnish with mint leaves and lime wheel
Piña Isolada
- 2 oz Ron Barceló Dark Series
- ½ cup frozen coconut or soursop
- ½ cup diced frozen pineapple
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz coconut water
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth and frosty
- Pour into a daiquiri glass
- Garnish rim with toasted coconuts and top off with coconut flakes (optional)
- Add cherry on top!
Julian's Fro-Groni
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Ron Barceló Imperial
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 2 oz Red Blood Orange juice
- 1 cup of ice
Preparation:
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend.
Pour in chilled rocks glass and garnish with fresh sliced blood orange.
Calelazo Rum Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ron Barcelo Imperial
- 1 oz Rum Chata
- 1 oz Baileys Pumpkin Spiced
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously.
Strain into a coupe glass, or serve on the rocks if preferred.
Dark Series Rum Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Ron Barcelo Dark Series
- 1 oz Kahlua (or coffee flavored liqueur)
- 1 oz Frangelico
- Chocolate bitters
Preparation:
On giant ice cube, or sphere, pour all ingredients and gently stir.
Mama Juana Rum Cocktail Recipe
Makes 4 cups
- 8 oz Ron Barceló Dark Series
- 750 ml bottle Spanish wine (Rioja, Tempranillo or Garnacha)
- ¾ cup orange juice
- ½ tbs apple cider
- 1 tsp cinnamon honey simple syrup
- ½ honey crisp apple (diced w/o skin)
- ½ medium orange sliced
- ½ lime sliced
- Ice
Preparation:
Add fruit and cinnamon simple syrup to a large pitcher.
Add ice and pour orange juice and rum over.
Add red wine and stir.
Garnish with fruits, lime and cinnamon sticks.
Aged Negroni
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Ron Barceló Imperial
- 1oz Antica formula
- 1 oz Campari
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients over ice, stir and garnish with orange peel
1930 Spritz Rum Cocktail
- 1 oz Ron Barcelo Platinum
- 2 oz prosecco or sparkling wine
- 1 oz Pomegranate juice
