Johnnie Walker is the most popular brand of whisky today ... and apparently that's true in 2049 too since they've partnered with the new movie, Blade Runner 2049. To celebrate their inclusion in the movie, the brand has released a limited edition "Johnnie Walker Black Label The Director's Cut" bottle and sent in these fun futuristic cocktails as well.
The Blade Runner 2049 movie comes out on October 6th, but the spirit is available now in limited quantities (only 39,000 bottles available world wide) from $89.99 USD for the 750 ml bottle.

3/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Matcha Powder

- Sensory Cloud Garnish featuring a ginger flavor made using a Le Whaf, a sensory cloud carafe.
- Le Whaf uses ultrasound to generate droplets that float over your favorite beverage. Droplets settle into a glass and create a culinary sensation.

1 tsp Italian Bitter Liqueur
1/2 oz Sparkling Wine
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Raspberry Syrup
1 Egg White
Powdered Dehydrated Raspberries for Garnish
Preparation:
- Combine Johnnie Walker Black Label The Director’s Cut, orange flavored liqueur, Italian bitter liqueur, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for one minute.
- Add ice to the shake and shake well for 30 seconds. Add sparkling wine to champagne flute. Strain contents into champagne flute with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with powdered dehydrated raspberries.
