Basil Mezcal Margarita Recipe

In honor of Mexican Independence Day, I'm sharing a tasty little recipe from Zinum Mezcal for their Basil Margarita!

Basil Margarita Cocktail Recipe

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Zignum Silver
  • 6 Basil Leaves
  • 4 Lemon Wedges
  • 0.5 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1tsp Brown Sugar

Preparation:

  1. Muddle basil, lemons and sugar in mixer
  2. Add all ingredients and shake
  3. Salt the rim of a 7 oz rock glass
  4. Serve in glass and garnish with lemon and basil
